| 1. | If our candidate have been appointed in your Organization, the company will be liable to pay 8.33% of the annual CTC+ Service Tax. Which shall not be recovered from the Candidate. |
| 2. | You will not be eligible to claim refund of the Service Charges, on any situation, which is paid by you. |
| 3. | You will have to give proper and written assurance to pay salary to the candidate on 1st day of every month or as per your company norms. |
| 4. | You will be having all rights to take any disciplinary action against the candidate for violating the rules and regulations of the firm, misbehavior, willful disobedience etc., by intimating us. |
| 5. | If the candidate leaves the job within three months on his own reasons, will replace the Candidate. |
